Figuring that hand-digging was taking too much time and effort, I convince my parents to rent a rototiller for me – the results are not too surprising.

Let’s just say that this isn’t Iowa Soil so much as Iowa Compacted Clay. It’s like trying to dig wet but setting cement. As you can see… it’s hard work.
